Increase repeats as your fitness improves. Seated Shoulder Wheels 1. Roll the wheelchair forward onto the equipment & brake the wheelchair when close to the bending bars; 2. Sit facing the wheels while keep body parallel to the equipment; 3. Take hold of handles with both hands; 4. Simultaneously roll wheel clockwise or counterclockwise; 5. Increase repeats as your fitness improves. |
