Climbing frames for parks or kindergartens come in various shapes, including rock climbing, bow climbing frames, vertical and horizontal climbing poles, etc. These equipment are more challenging to children than other equipment. Therefore, the child must first understand how to safely get off these climbing frames, otherwise it will be difficult for him to complete the entire climbing process. Climbing frames are also a high-risk area for injury accidents in public playgrounds, so when playing, you must pay attention to the correct procedures:

1. For young children, because their arm muscles are still relatively weak, they need some assistance from adults at the beginning, and climbing frames that are too high are not suitable for climbing.

2. To play the climbing frame safely, children must first learn to hold the crossbars on the climbing frame with both hands, and be able to wait for the children in front to move forward first, and then move forward with them, while being careful in front of them. When the child moves, the legs may swing back. When children jump off the climbing frame, be careful not to touch other crossbars under their feet. Remind the children to bend their knees and keep their feet on the ground when they jump down.

3. Too many children climbing the same climbing frame at the same time is also dangerous. Every child should start from the same side of the climbing frame and move forward in the same direction.

4. When children descend from the climbing frame, pay attention to avoiding those children who are climbing, do not compete with each other, or try to reach for the long distance bar in front.

5. The upper limbs of young children are relatively weak and should only climb those relatively short climbing frames. Children aged 5 to 7 are only suitable for climbing climbing frames below 1.6 meters in height, and children over 7 years old can only climb climbing frames below 2.3 meters in height.
